Construction Completed on InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa

Paradise Valley, AZ (December 11, 2008) - Rowland Luxury Homes and Rowland Companies Construction Group have completed construction of the first Southwest Resort for the InterContinental Resort Hotel.

Rowland began the InterContinental Montelucia Resort & Spa and Villas during the fall of 2006 and completed the project in time for the Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on November 6, 2008. The highly anticipated luxury resort is situated at the coveted corner of Tatum Blvd. and Lincoln Dr. in Paradise Valley, AZ.

On the 29 acre former site of La Posada Resort, nestled between Phoenix and Scottsdale, crews on the $280 Million Montelucia are nearing completion of the project's resort, spa and luxury homes.

Founded in 1984, Rowland Companies has since demonstrated their ability to successfully complete nearly any type of project.
